**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Meta Ads Intern** to join our performance marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. You will gain practical exposure to campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative strategy, performance monitoring, and reporting—making this an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in paid social advertising.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Meta Ads Intern, you will assist the performance marketing team in:

- Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
- Assisting in audience research, segmentation, and targeting
- Collaborating with the creative team on ad copies and visuals
- Monitoring daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversions)
- Running A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience sets
- Preparing and sharing performance reports with actionable insights
- Supporting budget optimization and scaling strategies
- Keeping up with the latest Meta Ads updates, tools, and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background:_
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Skills & Knowledge:_
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures
- Familiarity with paid social KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good written English for ad copies and creative communication
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus
- Meta Blueprint Certification (optional but preferred)
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
