We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketer with expertise in Facebook Ads to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with client/business goals.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize ROI.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
- A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversions, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team for effective ad creatives.
- Stay updated with Meta's latest tools, updates, and best practices.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Must have completed an internship focused on paid ad campaigns (preferably Meta platforms).
- Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.).
- Familiarity with audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Meta Blueprint (optional but preferred).
