You will be working as a Meta Ads Intern at Branding Pioneers, a digital marketing agency located in Gurgaon. Your role will involve creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative strategy, performance monitoring, and reporting, which is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in paid social advertising. **Key Responsibilities:** - Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram - Assisting in audience research, segmentation, and targeting - Collaborating with the creative team on ad copies and visuals - Monitoring daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversions) - Running A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience sets - Preparing and sharing performance reports with actionable insights - Supporting budget optimization and scaling strategies - Keeping up with the latest Meta Ads updates, tools, and best practices **Qualifications:** - **Educational Background:** Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred) - **Skills & Knowledge:** - Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures - Familiarity with paid social KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail - Good written English for ad copies and creative communication - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus - Meta Blueprint Certification (optional but preferred) - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment You will be working in person at the Gurgaon office of Branding Pioneers.
