Profile: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Gurugram

Must have knowledge in Meta Ads or Google Ads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and brand growth.
  • Manage social media platforms end-to-end—curating, scheduling, and optimizing content for engagement and authority.
  • Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building to improve organic visibility.
  • Drive qualified traffic through both organic and paid channels using audience insights and growth strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve ROI and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, etc., and prepare actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to deliver high-converting campaigns.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, industry best practices, and digital marketing innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic content creation skills (e.g., Canva, copywriting).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
