Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, especially on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), gained through internships or relevant projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with client/business goals.
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
  • A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversions, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for effective ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with Meta's latest tools, updates, and best practices.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed an internship focused on paid ad campaigns (preferably Meta platforms).
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint (optional but preferred).
