About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing 20 Lakhs+ monthly ad spends across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of delivering scalable ROI through advanced campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize, create, and manage high-budget Meta campaigns (20L+ monthly).
- Conduct in-depth audience research, competitor benchmarking, and campaign structuring.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and CAC while scaling budgets effectively.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign data, create actionable reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the creative/design team to ensure high-converting ad assets.
- Stay updated on Meta's latest advertising features, algorithm updates, and compliance policies.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing funnels through Meta Ads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven track record of managing a minimum of 20L monthly spend on Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, LTV).
- Hands-on experience with advanced campaign setups (CBO, ABO, Dynamic Ads, Advantage+).
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in D2C / E-commerce brand marketing.
- Familiarity with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Shopify/WordPress integrations and pixel/event setups.
- Experience in scaling performance campaigns across multiple geographies.
