As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence across India, we are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to drive performance marketing across our brand portfolio.

Role Overview:

The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)/ Youtube to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ad budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking for consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute performance and brand campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop targeting strategies (interest, lookalike, custom audiences) aligned with brand goals.
  • Work closely with design and brand teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copies.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple objectives – traffic, engagement, conversions, and catalog sales.

Performance Optimization

  • Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CTR.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad sets, and landing pages.
  • Monitor daily performance and implement quick optimizations based on data insights.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend strategies for scaling high-performing campaigns.

Budget & Coordination

  • Manage and allocate monthly marketing budgets efficiently across brands.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce and sales teams to align campaigns with platform promotions (Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.).
  • Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes and ad format innovations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta platforms (FMCG / D2C brand experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events, and Attribution.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of creative strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel-based marketing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
