About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist – Meta Ads to join our growing team at Trawlii Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for international clients, with proven success in lead generation campaigns


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns for clients.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis & campaign strategy planning.
  • Track campaign performance in Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and report insights.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and conversion goals.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Must have worked with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia).
  • Proven track record of generating leads through Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
