Role Overview

The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Core responsibilities include audience research, creative testing, bid and budget allocation, and tracking performance against key metrics. This role will also collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine strategies and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns.

Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding models, and conversion optimization.

Familiarity with attribution, reporting dashboards, and A/B testing.

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Clear communication and project management skills.
