Role Summary:

The Meta Ads Expert is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role ensures effective performance in terms of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

  • Track key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Provide weekly performance reports to the Community Manager and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Business Analyst for campaign alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads management.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics.
  • Certification in Meta Ads (preferred).About Malkin

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Standard: Tue–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST (Asia/Kolkata).
  • Occasional Mon/Sat evening support during cohort weeks and office tours (comp-offs provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • DLF Ph-II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
