Position: Meta Ads Executive Experience Required: 1-1.5 YearsDepartment: MarketingEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: [On-Site]Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skill set)Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA)
- Build audience segments, create retargeting flows, and manage funnel-based ads
- Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, copy, and testing variations
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion APIs, and ensure accurate tracking
- Prepare and share detailed performance reports with key insights

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign management
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget optimization
- Hands-on experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and split testing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic attribution models
- Prior experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce businesses preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
