**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders for appointments.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary documents, creating presentations, and drafting agendas.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.

**Communication & Liaison**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread reports, correspondence, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate with departmental heads and team members to ensure timely updates on key projects.

**Project Coordination**
- Track progress on projects assigned by the Director and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases relevant to the Director's scope of work.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting as needed.

**Problem-Solving & Decision-Making**
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively address potential issues or challenges.
- Provide creative solutions to administrative and operational challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
