**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administration, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (typically 2+ years).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for records, reports, and important documents.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and other departments as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are adequately stocked.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding of new staff, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR documentation (if applicable).
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹12,552.95 - ₹25,000.00 per month
