
Customer Service Assistant

Zap Cabs is looking for a dynamic and fluent English-speaking **Telecaller** to join our customer support and sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, promoting our services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Zap Cabs and its services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
- Explain pricing, ride options, and app features to new customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Assist in handling social media queries and responding to customer messages.
- Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry and lead management.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service and sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- **Fluent in English** (knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
