**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. You will play a crucial role in representing our company and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Responding to Customer Inquiries**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to address customer questions, concerns, and requests.
- **Resolving Customer Issues**:

- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues or complaints, taking ownership of resolution and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed, following established protocols.
- **Processing Orders and Requests**:

- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Update customer account information, process refunds, and handle billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- **Providing Product or Service Information**:

- Educate customers about our products, services, features, and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Maintaining Documentation and Records**:

- Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Ensuring Customer Satisfaction**:

- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Solicit feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement service enhancements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
