We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about services and estimated time.
- Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating when necessary
- Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our MIS 360
- Collaborate with other team members and shifts to ensure seamless service
- Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and procedural changes

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- A calm, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable working independently during later hours

Languages:
Well versed and efficient in speaking English, Punjab

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

- Night Shift (preferred)
