Customer Care Representative (International BPO)

**Work Location**: Mohali And Chandigarh

**Shifts**:Rotational night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Customer Care Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
- Customer Care Representative must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

QUALIFICATION: GRADUATE (ANY DEGREE) AND 12TH PASS
