**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and reach out to potential clients in target markets through calls, visits, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Support**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by assisting with their queries, coordinating demos, and providing regular updates.
- **Pre-sales Coordination**: Work with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
- **Sales Follow-ups**: Track opportunities, follow up on leads, and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and customer interactions.
- **On-site Client Support**: Participate in client visits, site surveys, and presentations to better understand requirements and demonstrate product capabilities.
- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing documentation for tenders, RFPs, contracts, and purchase orders.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and monthly sales performance for internal reporting.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with ELV product features and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account support—preferably in ELV, hardware, or infrastructure solutions.
- Good understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Preferred**:

- Experience supporting hardware or technical product sales.
- Exposure to solution-based selling in the infrastructure or security industry.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
