**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide personalized solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure client needs are being met effectively and on time.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and business activity in CRM systems.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Provide clients with relevant updates, industry insights, and product/service recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure that client contracts, agreements, and renewals are managed efficiently and on time.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
- **Relationship Management**: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Freshers should have a natural aptitude for building rapport and providing service excellence.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to address client concerns, resolve conflicts, and propose effective solutions.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial. Freshers should be willing to learn and use CRM systems effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once, staying organized and detail-oriented.
- **Freshers**: Eagerness to learn and develop in client relationship management, with a strong customer service orientation.
**Desired Qualities**:
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to exceed client expectations.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
- Empathetic and attentive listener, able to respond to client needs promptly.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service is a plus, but not essential for freshers.
