Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Client Relationship Officer** to join our team. As a Client Relationship Officer, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

- **For Freshers**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing assistance.
- Assist clients with product/service-related questions and ensure their needs are met.
- Develop an understanding of client accounts and their specific requirements.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services.
- Learn about client needs and support the team in delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and requests.
- Participate in training sessions to improve communication and relationship management skills.
- Manage and build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on client needs and service offerings.
- Monitor client performance and take proactive steps to ensure they receive maximum value from services/products.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members and assist in team development.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about client relationship management and service delivery.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience is advantageous but not required.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to identify client needs and offer solutions that drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in [specific industry] is an advantage.
