Patient Retention Executive

We're looking for a Patient Retention Executive to join our team and ensure that patients stay engaged, informed, and on track through their pain management journey.

Location: Gurugram

Compensation: 3 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call patients post their first consultation to follow up on treatment adherence and address any issues as per our SOPs
- Drive follow-up consultations by building trust and ensuring timely re-engagement
- Identify complex or dissatisfied cases and escalate to the clinic team for resolution
- Ensure all scheduled follow-up calls are completed daily with accurate remarks logged in the system
- Connect with patients who have undergone procedures to track pain relief outcomes and maintain records

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A strong communicator with the ability to engage and motivate patients over calls
- Smart, Empathetic, and capable of handling objections with professionalism
- Highly organized, with an eye for detail and follow-through
- Bachelor's degree holder (no master's required), freshers are encouraged to apply
