Position: Patient Counselor ( Artificial limbs, Medical Tourism)

**KEY & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate calls to prospective patients looking for medical products & treatments in India.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of medical products offered.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Provide information about the medical services & products.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable options based on their requirements.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information and call notes.
- Track and report on lead status and conversions.
- **Sales Support**:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on call activity, lead conversion rates, and feedback.
- Document interactions and maintain records for future reference.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing by making acquaintance with doctors & hospitals.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies

**Qualifications/Experiences**:

- Possession of a diploma, bachelor's, 12+ or master's degree.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Experience in regional sales execution is advantageous.
- Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

- Proficiency in selling and counseling, with a strong ability to engage and persuade stakeholders effectively.
- Extensive experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Familiarity with sales tools, processes, and technological developments relevant to the education sector.
- Ability to conduct cost benchmarking for sales and marketing efforts.
- Understanding of agent network management and remuneration structures.
- Capable of footprint expansion, development, and optimization strategies.
- Proficient in English language skills, both written and verbal.
