**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic and career counseling to students and parents.
- Guide students in choosing suitable courses, programs, and career paths based on their interests and abilities.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and program benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
- Collaborate with universities, colleges, and training institutes to offer educational opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new courses, and admission processes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or career guidance is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and address students' concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and [Other Local Languages] (if required).
- A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach towards students and parents.
