**About your new job responsibilities**
 Leading a team of counselors working on different client campaigns. This includes:
 Setting their team’s goals and communicating them effectively
 Providing specialized training to their team to help achieve the assigned targets in a productive andefficient manner
 Developing and implementing plans and strategies and delegating responsibilities to teammembersaccording to their expertise
 Using key metrics to keep the track of team progress, taking corrective action wherever necessaryTaking ownership of campaigns that are not in shape and helping your team by activating leads andclosing sales
 Client Engagement - Acting as a liaison between the team and the client to ensure that all the daytoday queries of the team is resolved, attaining specialized training from each client to understandtheclient USPs, various courses offered and their intricacies, updating the client on a daily basis
regarding the actual sales and sharing the record of all leads as and when required
 Converting qualified/activated leads and generating new business by closing sales to ensure that theoverall sales target is met
 Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers; forecasting the sales
conversion in different client campaigns. Ensuring that all the sales reports are timely preparednot
only for management review but also for decision making purposes

**What Makes You A Great Fit**
 Graduate with 12-18 months or more of work experience in counselling/inside sales Excellent
Communication skills,  prior experience of team handling and working on target oriented projects, should have basic
knowledge of the education industry (various qualifying/entrance exams, familiarity with the
admission process of colleges etc.)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
