Through expert guidance and personalized support, we ensure every student’s study and migration journey is smooth, informed, and successful.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Education Counselor to join our Gurugram team . In this role, you will support students and their families with course selection, applications, and education pathways, helping them achieve meaningful academic and career outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one counseling to students and families about study options, courses, and institutions.Assess student goals, qualifications, and aspirations to recommend suitable education pathways.Assist with the full application process, including documentation, submissions, and coordination with institutions.Stay updated on admission policies, education requirements, visa rules, and scholarship opportunities in Australia and globally.Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM systems.Organize and participate in education seminars, workshops, and promotional events.Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, migration consultants, and community partners.Collaborate with the CECA team to develop customized education and migration plans.QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in education counseling or a related advisory role—preferably in Australian education or migration sectors.Strong understanding of Australian education systems, student visas, and international student processes .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to guide and influence.Ability to assess student needs and provide clear, tailored recommendations.Passionate about helping students succeed academically and professionally.Able to work both independently and collaboratively.Additional language skills are an advantage.Why Join CECA?Be part of a mission-driven team making a real impact in students’ lives.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Meaningful work that contributes to global education pathways.Interested?
