Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Counselor, based in Faridabad. The primary responsibilities include guiding students in selecting suitable academic programs and universities in Germany, assisting them with application procedures, reviewing documentation, and providing visa-related support. The counselor will provide accurate information about courses, career prospects, and cultural aspects of studying and living in Germany. Additionally, the role includes conducting counseling sessions, addressing student queries, and maintaining accurate records of processes and updates.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Knowledge of overseas education processes, including university admissions and visa documentation
- Ability to conduct research and provide tailored information for students and their specific needs
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Experience in working as an overseas education counselor or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in German language is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Strong ethics, attention to detail, and client-centric approach
