The talent pool comprises data analysts, engineers, designers, writers, managers,marketers, which is increasing at 10% every month.Collegedunia Sees fastest growth amongst peers- Report 92Cr Revenue in FY20-21 Featured in LiveMint have multiple product lines as follows:Collegedunia.com ( Digital ( ( hp ( ( (Kickcash)To Know More About Us:Culture:CounselorAbout your new role:Conduct outbound calls to a daily quota of minimum 100 leads.Learn about and stay updated on the study abroad processes for specific countries.Develop a strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.Build and maintain rapport with leads.Track and document all interactions with leads in our CRM system.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets based on call attempts, successful connections,and conversion rates.Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams.What Makes You a Great Fit:Dedication to the assigned task, with a strong work ethic.Previous experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or call center role is a plus.Knowledge of the study abroad process and specific country requirements is preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.Detail-oriented and proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
