Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele-counselor role located in Gurugram. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students throughout the college admissions process. Daily tasks include answering inquiries, providing detailed information on programs and applications, scheduling consultations, and assisting students in navigating application procedures. The role requires excellent communication skills and a student-focused approach to deliver exceptional guidance and support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using basic digital tools and platforms for managing student interactions and data
  • Problem-solving skills to address queries and provide clear guidance
  • Ability to quickly learn and familiarize with college admission procedures and application processes
  • Prior experience in counseling, customer service, or educational services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
