**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling day-to-day admission queries, providing excellent customer service, conducting meetings and counselling with prospective students, managing student admissions process, and achieving sales targets.

**Qualifications for Admission Counselor**:

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Should have experience 2 to 5 Years for Able to handle Students & Parents
- Experience in Education sector would be beneficial

**Qualifications for Tele-Counselor**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written
- Should have experience of 1 to 3 years
- Able to handle students & parents
- Experience in counseling, sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment, with a customer service mindset and a positive attitude
