**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Develop segmented campaigns to increase user engagement, activation, and repeat usage
- Run A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging
- Identify churn patterns and implement win-back or re-engagement strategies
- Work with the CRM team to personalize communications across user cohorts

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in growth or retention marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or tech
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage)
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel and basic data tools
- Familiarity with healthcare customer personas, compliance, and digital behavior is a plus
- Strong communication and project management skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with marketing automation
- Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare regulatory requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM or content marketing
