**About us**:
ApniBus is a rapidly growing startup that is digitizing and revolutionizing the bus travel ecosystem for intercity commuters and bus owners in India by providing seamless, hassle-free travel experiences. We are an online intercity bus ticket booking and live bus tracking app, currently live in 20+ cities covering more than 400 routes and soon to be launched in other cities across India.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketer to join our team and play a key role in driving ApniBus’s growth journey. This role is a blend of strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration aimed at enhancing commuter bookings, improving user experiences, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to scale the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, including audience targeting, keywords, and placements, to maximize ROI.
- Execute go-to-market(GTM) strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product, growth, and operational goals.
- Understand and analyze the market and scale the Product Market Fit (PMF) journey.
- Analyze commuter behavior and preferences to identify growth opportunities and refine product offerings.
- Develop creative strategies to attract new users, enhance customer retention, and improve journey experiences.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify trends and untapped opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with bus owners and other stakeholders to expand business reach.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, to ensure campaign success.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices for effective execution.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate from a Tier 1 institute with 3+ years of experience OR 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, strategy, or business development.
- Proven expertise in running successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ad platforms, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign tracking.
- Experience in customer experience improvement, preferably in the travel and transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
