**Job Purpose**:
As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Director’s. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop the business strategies across regions.
- Product Marketing: Develop and execute healthcare strategic marketing plans to drive the success of our products in India and International market.
- Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Thought Leadership & External Engagement: Represent the company as a thought leader in the industry. Participate in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements. Build relationships with external stakeholders and influencers.
- Strategic Alliances & Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with other organizations, industry associations, and ecosystem partners to drive mutual growth and collaboration.
- Performance Measurement & KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic goals. Establish a framework for performance measurement and regular reporting to executive leadership and the directors.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, with a focus on strategy development, business development, and growth initiatives in India and International Market.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability in a competitive business environment with any of the Healthcare IT Company in India or International.

**Education**:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

**Total Experience**:
15-20 Years

**Relevant Experience**:
10 Years

**CTC per annum**:
As per Industry Standard
