**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, drive sustainable growth, and support long-term value creation. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including planning, risk management, record-keeping, reporting, and investor relations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Financial Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for long-term growth.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

**2. Financial Operations & Compliance**
- Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, and audit functions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

**3. Risk Management & Governance**
- Identify financial risks and implement controls to safeguard company assets.
- Establish robust financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting to stakeholders.

**4. Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board of Directors.

**5. Stakeholder Management & Fundraising**
- Manage investor relations and ensure timely communication of financial performance.
- Support fundraising initiatives, including debt, equity, and strategic funding.
- Build relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
