Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO / Head of Finance to lead FinAGG's financial operations during this high-growth phase. You will serve as a key member of the leadership team, owning finance strategy, compliance, governance, treasury, risk, and reporting while partnering closely with the CEO and Board to Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute finance strategy, long-term financial models, and company-wide budgets and forecasts. Accounting & Reporting: Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close, statutory reporting, financial statements, audits, and investor reporting. Treasury & Cash Management: Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, fund utilization, and treasury operations. Compliance & Controls: Ensure full compliance with RBI, NBFC, and other regulatory frameworks; implement strong internal control systems. Risk & Governance: Build and maintain a proactive risk management framework; support Board-level governance and risk committees. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance, accounts, HR, and compliance teams; mentor future leaders and drive functional excellence. Technology & Process Optimization: Drive ERP implementations, process automation, and digital financial infrastructure to enhance scale and efficiency Ideal Candidate Profile Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA (or equivalent) 10+ years of finance leadership experience; at least 5+ years in a senior role with NBFC/HFC/MFI/Fintech exposure Strong command over Indian GAAP/IFRS, RBI regulatory compliance, audits, and governance structures Proven experience managing investors, lenders, and Board communications Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management capabilities Tech-forward mindset with experience in ERP, BI, and financial automation tools Why Join FinAGG Mission-Led Growth: Shape India's SME lending revolution from the front lines Leadership Impact: Work closely with the Founders and Board to define strategy and scale operations - Inclusive Culture: Thrive in a collaborative, high-performance, and equitable workplace
