Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO / Head of Finance to lead FinAGG’s financial operations during this high-growth phase. You will serve as a key member of the leadership team, owning finance strategy, compliance, governance, treasury, risk, and reporting — while partnering closely with the CEO and Board to Key Responsibilities • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute finance strategy, long-term financial models, and company-wide budgets and forecasts. • Accounting & Reporting: Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close, statutory reporting, financial statements, audits, and investor reporting. • Treasury & Cash Management: Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, fund utilization, and treasury operations. • Compliance & Controls: Ensure full compliance with RBI, NBFC, and other regulatory frameworks; implement strong internal control systems. • Risk & Governance: Build and maintain a proactive risk management framework; support Board-level governance and risk committees. • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance, accounts, HR, and compliance teams; mentor future leaders and drive functional excellence. • Technology & Process Optimization: Drive ERP implementations, process automation, and digital financial infrastructure to enhance scale and efficiency Ideal Candidate Profile • Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA (or equivalent) • 10+ years of finance leadership experience; at least 5+ years in a senior role with NBFC/HFC/MFI/Fintech exposure • Strong command over Indian GAAP/IFRS, RBI regulatory compliance, audits, and governance structures • Proven experience managing investors, lenders, and Board communications • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management capabilities • Tech-forward mindset with experience in ERP, BI, and financial automation tools Why Join FinAGG? • Mission-Led Growth: Shape India’s SME lending revolution from the front lines  • Leadership Impact: Work closely with the Founders and Board to define strategy and scale operations • Inclusive Culture: Thrive in a collaborative, high-performance, and equitable workplace
