**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Location: Gurgaon, India**

**Salary: ₹24,00,000 to ₹36,00,000 per annum, plus perks**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Collaborate with other executives to make strategic decisions.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
