we will start HQ in Gurgaon only then in 3 different states

Looking seriously, former bankers and CFO for same to develop this project from scratch with us together and develop a licensed Banking portfolio with a partnership

Note - we are offering equity or salary only against the result from the promising person who can perform and make things well also we are offering shares with equal holding rights into the project.

CFO responsibilities include:

- Driving the company’s financial planning
- Raise funds from scratch pre-seed to series for operations and reserves
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Ready for long-term goals and development
- Ready to Accept the CFO position with responsibility and also Join as an Equity partner for better development and growth

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced **Chief Financial Officer or CFO** to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances.

The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
- Accomplishes finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
- Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change.
- Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
- Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Raise funds from pre-seed to series rounds
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Banking and Investment knowledge and experience must minimum 5 years
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Manage a team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as **CFO**, finance officer, or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant certification a plus.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
