**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase user base.
- Serve as the expert on user growth, analysing data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new users to the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey and enhance user experience.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards user acquisition goals.
- Knowledge of Adobe suites and other AI tools to create campaign
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition.
- Utilize growth hacking techniques to maximize the reach and impact of social media campaigns.
- Experiment with new ideas and strategies to continuously improve user acquisition and retention rates.
- Provide regular reports and updates on growth initiatives to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ yrs of experience in similar role
- Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with growth hacking techniques and social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and block chain technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting.
