Location - Navi Mumbai

Exp - Freshers/ 1 Year

Educational Qualification: B.Ed/M.Ed/ MSW

**Role -**
- Develop and deliver Teachers Training programs on a monthly basis that they need to adhere to competency-based education principles and practices.
- Support teachers in understanding and implementing competency-based curriculum frameworks classroom designed practices.
- Provide guidance on designing daily classroom plans and implementing regular classroom processes and assessments to measure student and teacher competencies.
- Monitoring and evaluating teachers' progress
- Monitoring and evaluating students Competencies achieved.
- Conduct school-wise assessments to gather data on student competencies and align them with competency-based principles.
- Ensuring that the Department Coordinator take update of teachers regularly for implementation of Classroom Process
- Updating the data in the Competency Tracking App accurately and in a timely manner.
- Analyze the reports generated from the Competency Tracking App and provide insights for further improvement to Teachers.
- Executing baseline and endline assessments to track the growth of students competencies over time.
- Plan, implement, and execute teachers' training programs to enhance their competency-based teaching practices.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in competency-based education and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with educational stakeholders to develop and refine competency-based instructional strategies and materials.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for teachers, encouraging the effective implementation of competency-based approaches.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
