Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Program Coordinator will oversee day-to-day program operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing program schedules, assisting in program development, collaborating with team members, and delivering exceptional customer support. The role requires facilitating efficient communication among internal and external teams while maintaining a focus on achieving program objectives. Qualifications - Strong Program Management and Program Development skills to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate programs - Proficient in Project Management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously - Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate clear dialogue among team members and external collaborators - Customer Service experience to ensure high-quality engagement with clients and stakeholders - Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills - Experience in the fashion or sustainability sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in program coordination
