Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for the role of Program Coordinator. The role involves coordinating and managing learning programs, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and delivering an exceptional participant experience. Key responsibilities include program management, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to the development and improvement of program offerings. The Program Coordinator will act as a vital link between various teams to achieve program objectives successfully and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Program Management and Program Development skills with a focus on delivering efficient and high-quality educational programs
  • Project Management skills to plan, monitor, and execute multiple projects effectively
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for stakeholder interaction and resolving inquiries professionally
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Preferred experience in education, training, or program coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
