Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support our team in implementing and monitoring various programs. The role primarily involves coordinating day-to-day program activities, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and assisting with reporting and communication between internal teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of program activities.
  • Maintain and update program-related data, reports, and documentation.
  • Track progress of beneficiaries and program outcomes using data management tools.
  • Field visit to monitor the programs.
  • Manage orders and inventory.
  • Support field teams and program managers in operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with partner organizations, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to the management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for social impact and women's empowerment.

Work Details

  • Location: Srujna Charitable Trust Office, Kandivali (West), Mumbai
  • Timing: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM
    (Work from Office)
    and First Saturday of every month.
