**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Coordinator for our Diploma of Business Administration (DBA) Program. The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and success of the program by coordinating various administrative, academic, and student-related activities. This is a part-time, contractual position that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with head of academics, department heads, and administrators to develop and update curriculum, course content, and instructional materials for THE Program.
- Coordinate and oversee the program's online learning management system (LMS), ensuring content is uploaded, organized, and accessible to students and faculty.
- Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and student services to address inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to the online program.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of faculty members for the program, ensuring their familiarity with the online teaching environment.
- Monitor and manage the program's academic calendar, including scheduling of classes, assignments, exams, and other important milestones.
- Coordinate and execute virtual events, webinars, and workshops to enhance student engagement and foster a sense of community among online learners.
- Compile, analyze, and present data related to program performance, student outcomes, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist in quality assurance processes, including program assessment, accreditation reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in online education, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance the online learning experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the Executive BBA Online Program.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in online program coordination, academic administration, or related roles is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of online learning management systems and educational technology tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management, organization, and multitasking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and quality assurance processes is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for innovative approaches to education and a commitment to student success.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
