IISA also aims at training and developing skills of various sports in each and every child with its several programs thus enhancing Sports Literacy. By enabling students to be fit and skilled, IISA has a vision of making India emerging as a "Nation of Sportsmen and Sports Women". **Website**: **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Client servicing - Service management - Proactive leader in learning about the clients - To make instantaneous decisions for clients - Manpower Management - Inventory management - Project Management - Planning and documentation of sports events - Coordinating with educators from within the sports field - On field operations - Documentation & Presentation of sports related data - Handling grievances of coaches and maintaining the attendance record - Anticipation of requirement of extra manpower and equipment - Close coordination with the HR department for manpower requirement, attendance & leaves of coaches. - Making reports and presentations for professional representation of achievements and sports related data. **Required Qualifications**: - Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position. - Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office. - Knowledge of program management and development procedures - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking ability. - Detail oriented with good problem-solving ability. - Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community **Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 7304481307
