**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **Program Coordinator** to lead and manage our programs aimed at empowering communities. This role is key in ensuring that our projects run smoothly, meet objectives, and deliver measurable impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Planning & Coordination**: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**: Work with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of programs.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track program progress, assess impact, and provide regular reports to the foundation’s leadership.
- **Budget & Resource Management**: Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to program budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in program coordination or a similar role, ideally in the non-profit sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for community development and social change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
