Assistant to The Founder

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Manage the founder’s calendar, coordinate travel, and schedule meetings. Handle communications, prepare reports, and maintain meticulous records.
- **E-Commerce Management**: Oversee the operation of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, customer service, and promotional strategies. Analyze performance metrics to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- **Event and Project Coordination**: Organize professional and promotional events. Take charge of special projects, providing end-to-end management from conception to execution.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor expenses related to digital marketing and e-commerce activities; prepare detailed reports and budgets.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the liaison between the founder, marketing team, external partners, and vendors to ensure coordinated and coherent activities.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
