**About the Founders Office**:
The Founders Office is the nerve center of The One Liner, directly supporting the founders in strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and driving the company's vision. This internship offers a unique, high-impact opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of a rapidly growing wellness company. You'll work closely with the founders, gaining insights into leadership, decision-making, and the dynamic challenges of building a successful business.
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Founders Office Intern to support the founders in a variety of critical projects and tasks. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn. You will be exposed to a wide range of business functions, from strategic planning and research to operational execution and communication.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Research and Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to support strategic decision-making.
- **Project Management Support**: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking key projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Gather, analyze, and present data to create insightful reports and presentations for the founders.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Facilitate communication between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting materials.
- **Operational Support**: Assist with various operational tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and administrative support.
- **Special Projects**: Support the founders on ad-hoc projects, which may include market entry analysis, fundraising support, or strategic partnerships.
- **Documentation and Knowledge Management**: Maintain organized records of key documents, presentations, and research materials.
- **Meeting Preparation and Follow-up**: Take detailed meeting notes, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- **Presentation Creation**: Assist in developing and designing presentations for internal and external audiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient 1 in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹1,000.00 per month
