About the founding team:

Our founding team, all hailing from top institutes in the country like IIM Lucknow, IIM Calcutta, and SCMHRD, has spent over a decade in the industry. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to HireVeda, which allows us to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Ops Support: Assist the founders in planning, executing, and tracking internal projects across hiring, research, client engagement, marketing, and operations.
  2. Problem Solving and Research: Tackle open-ended questions and help shape insights through first-principles thinking, online research, and tool-based exploration.
  3. Internal Process Building: Identify gaps, streamline workflows, and suggest improvements in daily operations.
  4. Client and Candidate Intelligence: Support candidate research, company profiling, and information preparation for founder-level calls.
  5. Founders' Leverage: Help with documentation, outreach drafts, meeting prep, and fire- fighting across critical areas as needed.
  6. Communication and Coordination: Synthesize notes, organize updates, and keep internal stakeholders aligned.

Extended scope:

Hiring and Evaluation: Assist with internal hiring by drafting JDs, reviewing applications, and helping structure evaluation rubrics.

Content and Branding: Work with the team on external-facing content such as hiring decks, founder updates, or social media experiments.

Learning Loops: Capture learnings from projects and interactions, and help translate them into internal knowledge-sharing assets.

Culture and Ops: Contribute to internal rituals, feedback loops, and work operations to help make the organization better each quarter.

Work Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM

Location: This is a permanent remote position.
