**We’re Hiring: CTO & Co-Founder (Equity + Investment Opportunity)**

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder to join our early-stage startup team.

**Role: CTO & Co-Founder**
**Location**: Open (Remote/Hybrid/On-site negotiable)
**Investment Capacity**: ₹50 Lakhs (Equity share negotiable before onboarding)

**What we’re looking for**:

- Someone who can take full ownership of the technology roadmap, architecture, and product development.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing tech team from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with product MVP development, deployment, and scaling.
- Strong decision-making skills with a founder's mindset and a hunger to innovate.
- Financial capacity to contribute ₹50 lakhs towards the venture, with flexibility in equity structuring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee the overall technology strategy and execution.
- Lead product development lifecycle - from MVP to scaling.
- Ensure the technology infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on strategy, growth, and fundraising.
- Recruit, train, and manage an in-house tech team.
