AI & ML Engineers

What you’ll do:

- Build and deploy machine learning models to identify patterns, automate processes, and optimize recommendations.
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Integrate real-time processing technologies and vector databases to enhance AI-driven solutions.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in AI/ML development with strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Amazon Bedrock, scikit-learn).
- Expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, or embeddings (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Experience with real-time processing technologies (e.g., OpenCV, PyAudio) and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone).
- Ability to productionize models and integrate with scalable apps (FastAPI, Flask, etc.).

DevOps Engineers

What you’ll do:

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment of platforms, web apps, and APIs.
- Ensure high availability, monitoring, logging, and security across cloud infrastructure.
- Automate provisioning, backups, alerts, and scaling for microservices and data pipelines.
- Integrate platforms like n8n for workflow automation and API-driven connectivity with tools like Gmail, Slack, and HubSpot.

What we’re looking for:

- 2-4 years of experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proficiency with logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) and security best practices.
- Experience with integration platforms like n8n for workflow automation and API connectivity.

MVP Developer / Startup Product Engineer

What you’ll do:

- Rapidly prototype and launch lightweight products and tools to validate innovative solutions.
- Own the product stack end-to-end: design → code → test → deploy.
- Collaborate with founders and growth teams to iterate based on feedback and performance.
- Lead MVP development using agile methodologies to deliver high-impact solutions.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong skills in JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Track record of building and shipping MVPs or startup products (0 → 1 experience).
- Experience with integration platforms like n8n for workflow automation and API-driven connectivity.
- Bonus: Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools, analytics platforms, or real-time processing technologies.
